FAILED! Boohoohoo!

Sigh..so disappointed.

Came back online last night because my mum wanted me to check for her two library accounts. She insisted strongly that I had to switch on for her as well - much to my refusal. - . -

She was so scared that she missed the due date for all her borrowed items. Yeah. I had to wait until she cleared all her worries. My father seized the opportunity to bathe first as well. Haha.

Yeah..then I came back to check on the chalet details today. lol..I was extremely curious! ^^

So I am back with my failed attempt. Especially since today is FRIDAY! Okay..it's just another excuse.

Yup..but I am using less and less of 'Com-mpy' this past week (:

The last I checked on Litespeed..I did not receive the file that contains the missing diagram. Hmm..or is just my account only? Help?

I really like to go back to how I used to treat technology way back..maybe then I would have plenty of rest as well. Loves <3>It was just a passing fad. It is losing significance and I am proud to know it. ^^

Woke up earlier than yesterday..

Started at 9am and ended up feeling extremely tired after revising for biology. It is a start..
I think I would have to set off for school soon because it looks like it is going to rain again. Being the lazy me, I refuse to bring an extra thing - an umbrella.

Besides, there is construction work at my block and I can feel the ground shaking. It is going to be a long week for me. Hacking..

Ended up sleeping for 30 mins before I woke up to continue my notes. Sigh..should have known that sleeping later would never help me. Lost quite a few hours of sleep.

Tracking:
Chemistry - 4 1/2 pages (done); Biology - Carbohydrates (ongoing); Chemistry Rev. - tomorrow; Geography - later in the evening.

Sweet! =) If I get distracted, GP would most likely take over. Muahaha.

Now, it is a numbed effect and I am finally satisfied. Satisfied that I have survived for so long. Gonna change target again. *Glee..~!!*

..And so I have to account for the missing days that I have not covered - which I think I have forgot most of them.

On Friday - We completed our GP common test, which I think I have placed my best efforts in churning out a much more content-heavy essay with the expected number of paragraphs. However, the second paper was just a contrast. Not sure why but I have a bad feeling about the overall results. Shall make use of these holidays to collect more information. Summarise and collate!

Then, to my horror, I realised that I have totally forgotten to send the copy of my class contact list to Ms Wun. Joy..thank goodness I remembered or I would be doomed! Yeah..then, I panicked because I was not sure who has changed his/her contacts. No one except for one was online - Tatlin. Lol..yeah, the one who takes a super long time to reply back. - . -

Thank goodness there was one more reliable person to rely on (:

Then he commented on why TL was not replying..Haha, I shan't say. Trust him to give such comments. - . -

Yeah, so I successfully sent in the email by 8pm. Phew..

On Sunday, to my horror, I realised I never message Ms Wun that I have sent in the contact list. Oh no..! Haha..she checked in the end. Lucky..

On Saturday - Huiwen messaged me to ask if I was going to NUS to check out the exhibition booths which they have set up for Open House. Yeah, it they were meant for the students who were accepted into NUS and the talks in the LTs were also meant for them. Sigh..as usual, they said that they would not reveal the cut-off points for last year's batch of students. Although it was quite clear that it would be as tough to go in - for my current position/ grade. Sad...

Yup! Went there to attend the talk and my parents came along with me as well. ^^

Learnt to my horror that eventually, Huiwen did not attend the Open House. Gee..she was the most enthusiastic..along with Zhinian of course.

Yeah..knew more of the course that they offered and laughed at the jokes that the lecturer made. The best thing was that it was all relevant to the small 'lecture' he gave us. Impromptu. I really admire them..it is definitely not an intellectual ability that I have acquired.

In the end, I attended it to get inspired..
came back and continued with the drama that I was watching - as a treat to the start of the holidays. ^^

On Sunday - My most loved day because I get to return back to swimming. BUT..I could not swim yesterday. I was super sad! The good thing was that I had a bird's eye view and could observe the mistakes that my friends made. Scissor-kick and (forgot what the method is called) - I have learnt alot from just observing. However, putting them into practice would prove another challenging feat.

Ys came today, along with his brother and 2 cousins. Lolz..the whole family. (: Both had to relearn their basic foundations right from scratch. Even I have learnt alot from just listening to my instructor teach. The fundamentals are just so difficult to teach but it is the most crucial and the key to successfully teach the students.

yeah..then we shared on the university ranking points. Both of us did not do as well so we got to buck up during the holidays. Jia you! (:

Today,

I woke up half an hour later than my usual timing..lazed in bed for another half an hour. Quite worried about the cloudy sky and realised that it was going to rain before I reached school. When it started to rain, I rushed out of the house - taking note that I decided to leave my umbrella behind. (: To my dismay, I had to run across the road to shelter when the rain was at it's peak. I got drenched and my Chem TYS was dry. Shouldn't it be the other way round?

Yeah, met with Brenda who was WAY much drier than I was and walked to school. Do you know that the shelter towards the school canteen does not offer it's best? Lolz..if you are exceptionally dry before you enter school gate, you would have gotten wet on the way from the school gate to the canteen.

The rain lasted for just an hour.

Yup! Saw an earthworm later..super slimy! Then, Brenda suggested cutting the earthworm to determine if it was an earthworm or a millipede. Lol..while Karen watched us, we both got excited over it. Haha..shan't elaborate. Look at Brenda's post. (:

Just realised that our experiment would not have been successful anyway because it does take some time for regeneration to take place. In addition, if you cut at the wrong section, it can kill the earthworm as well. Sigh..

We left the earthworm at the path..does not seem to get anywhere back home. Sad..if only we were able to lift it back to the grass patch.

Also, the section of an almost reddish-pink is actually the part where eggs could have been stored! Lolz.. Wahaha..5 hearts!

Okay..quite gross.

Yeah, lugged back lots of goodies! Felt cheated because the OREO look-alike was a complete fake! It is so far from the standards of Oreo. Never mind, it was a good try..shall attempt another time.

Completed 4 and a half pages of Chemistry revision worksheet in 3 hours! Yeah..right on track. Shall continue tomorrow.

Lazy to type more. Will fill in any gaps if I have the time.

Met his cheerful side once again and he never fails to make me smile. Innocence..

Just love my nephews loads..how I hope that my father had agreed to take them in for one day. Maybe I could teach the youngest how to walk or talk. (:

Came back from lessons today and there is FINALLY a GIRL! Woohoo! You know how heavy guys can get? It just reminds me of how I am the only girl in the class for almost one to two years. That was fine by me but now, I need a towing partner. =(

..so I am really glad that my arms are relieved by one week of this entire year.

Walked past the KFC while I was on my way to swimming and noticed that business was not so good. There were only two people inside..quite sad and very different from the usual buzz on any other Sundays. Probably because there was a Malay wedding or the fact that tomorrow is a public holiday. Hmm..I wonder. The market is less crowded today.

Right..so this was how I spent my entire Sunday - managed to finish my chemistry homework. Next up, maths!

Quite frustrated..there are no more individual links anymore. How how...

My mum woke me up once again..unintentionally because she just made a lot of noise in my room. Know how senstitive I am to sounds when I am semi-conscious. I thought it was already 8 plus so I lazed around on my bed, with intentions to get more sleep. In the end, I woke up at 7 plus. Roar!! (:

My mum's off to Malaysia to attend a wedding of my aunt's, leaving me and my dad here. Wahaha..I did not mind. I was extremely happy that I need not attend the one in Malaysia. Moreover, traffic was not very good early this morning at 9 plus.

Lazed around today until I left to Takashimaya to celebrate my Grandma's birthday. All the dishes were super salty and my cousins were also full at the 8th or 9th dish. Our stomachs were almost exploding. The horror came when more dishes to come..noodles - . -

Well, I was lucky that my father ate my fill. Lolz.. Ser Yu decided to give hers to her brother, who loved those type of noodles. Yup..which he was rather glad. The horror came only when there was an extra bowl of noodles that was placed in the middle - for those who wanted to eat. Since it was the last dish, everyone, even our fathers were unable to stomach any more food. Ended up spinning that bowl to see where it landed in front of.

Lol..

So it turned pass me four or five times and slowed down at the opposite end of the table. Guess who was the lucky one?

Heheh..yup! It was my cousin - the one who loved the noodles. ^^

We all laughed..

Ended up, no one ate that bowl and he gave up on his sister's bowl half-way.

Karen should be there. (:

Moreover, the food there was extremely salty. Gosh..lots of work on my digestive system tonight.

I really want to swim..got to wait for just a couple of hours more - to hit the waters again.

Everything done just makes everything become progressively more confusing..
..it is getting more difficult to make out every action.
..I do not need answers and neither do I want a confirmation.
..probably just need a reassurance.

Came to school dreading this day and sy decided to visit the table today. Lol..when I was not in the mood to entertain. (: So off he went after commenting on someone in the canteen, giggling to his nonsensical statement and telling me that the H1 econs test was postponed. Then I saw Ms Wun talking to a student for like almost 10 minutes and I decided to observe her. What for? I was doing my biology tutorial. ^^

After 10 mins, she was still chatting and that was when Chang Yee decided to call my name very loudly. Woah..that was even more effective than Zhinian's 'Bam!'. I really thought that was Ms Wun and I jumped. Poor me..Lolz..

Tried to run away unsuccessfully from PC at our first attempt and got caught by the teacher. We landed up in the toilet while the teacher was still outside..wondering what we were doing. Thank goodness we took off our skirts in the toilet or she would be want to know why we went to the toilet for. She did exclaim in surprise that we went to the toilet just to take off our skirts. Lol..

That was an excuse she made up herself..so we just laughed. First attempt - failed.

Then, we went for our run - supposedly 2 rounds. After we ran past her, we tried again. This time round, it was a success. But..there was this PC teacher who was making his way towards the PE porch and we could not afford to be caught by the teacher. Surprisingly, he walked too slowly and he was not very observant - so we managed to escape despite me dropping all my geog notes. Wahaha..that was really scaryyy...

The rest of the time was for studying Geog..

After Biology tutorial, after almost 20 to 30 mins past - I felt myself drooping off to sleep. Zzzzzzz......wonder how Brenda and Karen were able to concentrate so hard. I ended up sleeping for almost 10 minutes and woke up seemingly quite refreshed. Sobs..that was where my revision time went to.. Muahaha..rude awakening.

A lighter burden since I left the house this morning. Geog essay for the CT was not sufficiently substantiated and it was quite a challenging question as well. Overall, the test was average - with the first section being easily dealt with and the last section being just the opposite. (:

Talk about not remembering what my physics teacher told me two years back..
..that circuit breakers in HDB flats now are not located outside the unit itself, instead of the inside. Well, for the older units, they have both the inside and outside.

Then, it was further supplemented by my mother that it was for safety purposes. For eg. You left the country/house and there was a fire in your unit, etc. The list goes on..

Why?
Because when it was the most crucial period that I need light to study, my mum, who attempted to start the fire suddenly screamed after hearing a boom sound in the kitchen.

Short circuit..sianz..

She was so afraid that she would get electrocuted. I, being the only brave soul, decided to carry the ladder to the circuit breaker (inside the house) and switch them back up. Weird..they look okay but no electricity seemed to flow.

Then, I called up my neighbour. The brother answered and I forgot..so I asked for his sister instead. Lol. When I heard that she was at home, I just merely said okay and put down the phone. Realised to my horror that I should have asked her brother instead. - . - ''

..So I called back. Nope, it was not one of the major blackout incidents. The problem lies with my home.

Next one was Chen Yuan - big help she was. Lolz..remembered that she took physics and that somehow she would have better knowledge on circuit breakers than the guys I know. Lolz..

..but the information she gave was all that I had known before.

Skipping everything..
..while my mum cooks with this candle that she managed to dig out from the cupboard.
..while I utilise the extremely bright lighting outside.
..while my father came back and attempted twice (inside the house)
it turned out that the circuit breaker outside the house was the main culprit (in other words, whatever my mum did, she tripped the outside circuit breaker)

Long story..but this lasted for almost an hour. Wasted my precious studying time.

Well..switched Mao Mao to it's new home today and placed it on top of my aquarium. Joy..
soon..it will become a butterfly. Probably tomorrow or the day after or the day after the day of tomorrow. Muahaha..

Grammatically wrong..oh well..

Came back to school after going to Jurong Point to accompany Huiwen to buy Mother's Day present. Haha..and as usual, I came back empty-handed. Simply put - I just did not like shopping at all - for myself especially. I, with a simple mind of doing everything DIY. Haha..so it was another frustrating shopping trip with me. Whoops! (:

Anyway, I came back to school because I could finally go to Talentime tomorrow.

BUT..!

..nope, the teacher who was passed the tickets had already left school or I could not find her at all. Oh well, sad sad..

I ended up in school: To chat with my CDC mates, do MI with them (although I was of little help to them - not in the mood to think) and to pester dear Jean so that I could take over the typing of the document.

At first, she refused to let me but since she was needed elsewhere and the nominal roll had to be churned out by today, I did it for her. Yay! (:

..and neither was she scolded by that noob. Or I would never allow that to happen anyway. Lolz..
Stayed till 9 plus.

Mr Lee dropped by too - to check on CDC as well as to give his maths lesson on MI to the J1s. Super funny..

Letting me announce that MAO MAO has spun its cacoon and would be there for another 5 more days. Rather cute..My mum and I would be transferring it out from it's current home to the new one so that the butterfly would be able to fly around tomorrow. Shall take the picture later tomorrow when I have the time.

Chemistry test was horror of horrors and I shall not elaborate. Never felt so unprepared for a test before. Dreads the results although I cannot possibly afford to. (:

Shall go pluck some leaves for mao mao later, she has already consumed almost all the leaves that was given by Bee Teng. Limes..here I come =)

Maybe..he could provide the answers we were all seeking for. An explanation is all I need.

No CCA today - because I am due for some appointment at 4 plus later. Sigh..intensive intensive. Pity I could not go down to HQ for the cheering session with Zhinian. I wonder if I still have the stamina to maintain the high enthusiasm for cheering. Hmm..

Swimming on Sunday was pretty fun. We had to swim 10 laps of fstyle and I almost did not make it and recorded 10:48 min for it. =)

..But there was someone who was better than me but I was too lazy to swim fast all the way. Therefore I came in second. Lol..but it's okay. If there is another time, I would be faster and maintaining of stamina would definitely improve.

Hate weights..and this was the advice my instructor gave. Sigh..

Failing theory that was supposingly simple when you are teaching it for several years but during lessons, everything is being delivered in a choppy style. Small chunks are thrown at you and no explanation provided.

I guess, this would be the perfect time for me to perfect my theory or suffer later - if I have any intention to pursue the career as a swimming instructor. It must be fun but the course could be an added burden.

Tuesday classes are switched to Sundays..FINALLY. ^^ All because only one (YS's brother) came down and the rest were unable to make it. Lol..imagine. The only student..quite sad don't you think? So he's here to join the class that I am attending. Tough tough..to beat.

I CAME TO ANNOUNCE THAT DEAR MAO MAO HAS ESCAPED AND DISAPPEARED!

Empty container, missing caterpillar! Told myself that maybe it was sandwiched between two leaves but I shook the container to shift the leaves. Still no Mao Mao. Ahh..sobs. Layed out the leaves and still no signs of movement. Then..mass informed Bee Teng and Brenda. (Not mass..but yeah, it is still counted.)

Guess what I got back from them?
- bee teng ~ find again
- brenda ~ informed that she was going to stay in school to have an emo session. - . -''

Yupz..so there goes Mao Mao.

Guiltily spent the whole entire afternoon of yesterday on Chemistry SPA. I was so afraid that I would mess up yet another report writing if I was not careful enough. Now, I can safely conclude the end of the Spa for JC. Woo hoo! Celebrate with joy!

However, it is not the time to throw (or burn) those papers away because they hold crucial information that could help us in the theory paper itself. Haha..so do not go throwing your papers in the dustbin. =)

By right, I should have been revising my chemistry spa this morning but I ended up zoning out. Nothing seemed to register into my brain. Pretty worried for my GP essay TCA - was placing my bets that I would be able to write well with sufficient evidence based on my own general knowledge. I saw no point in cramping my brain with statistics that I would eventually forget in a couple of days time. Hence, I will still still continue to collate my resources in the expense of the school's printer. Wahaha!

Alright..so all the girls except Brenda, Karen and I decided to 'gracefully' take their 'rightful' leave from PC. Lol. Spent my whole entire hour watching Brenda and Karen play badminton. Haha..did not want to interrupt their playtime - badminton ^^

So I sat there until Bee Teng saved me from the boredom and I escaped with her when the bell rang. She saved me! Otherwise, I would have sat there till 3-4 plus watching with a wasted racket in my hands. Lolz..

Immersed myself in a so-called well deserved drama series..before I regret starting to watch. Haha..

Rummaged through my brushing stuff but did not come across anything green.

Gone..! It's gone forever! Should have went approved of the lizard being killed. =(

...my mum came back from work earlier today and thank goodness for that.
..reported to her that Mao mao had went missing and that it was not around anymore. She picked up the contained and looked hard. Nope, nothing.
..concluded that Mao mao has definitely gone
..should have closed the container with paper after moving her out of her original container.

So these are the pictures when Mao Mao was 'still' around, they are a bit blur because I doubt my father would allow me to take with professional camera.

Day adventure for Mao Mao..
Across the container, up the branch of leaves that my mum got, up the brim of the container, down the sides of the container, across my supposedly toothbrush (Eww!), up the broom which was leaning nearby, down the broom. Gosh!

My mum who thought that there were too many brooms around decided to put away one broom into the storeroom. When she came back, she saw something distinctly green on the floor.

Yup!

So, did I keep you all in suspense? Muahaha..! I had fun and so did Mao Mao. How about you? ^^

It must have been a long day because after it returned, one entire small leaf from Bee Teng was half gone in 1 minute! Haha..
